re-order HRMs to GCSA
...
Given that we have a dedicated `Shift` key, there's really no need to
dedicate the best hrm-slot to it. I was debating whether to give it to
`Alt` or `Ctrl`. I ended up going with `Alt` as I use it quite
frequently for managing my workspaces.
